Coptic Orthodox Church
“Welcome one another, therefore, just as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God.” – Romans 15:7
At St. Mark, you partake in the sacrament that help us remember Jesus, strengthen your spiritual life and belong in fellowship with all of God's people.
- To maintain, practice, and proclaim the Christian Orthodox faith, enhancing the spiritual growth of its communicants
- To develop and operate programs, activities, and services for the Parishioners
- To dedicate the promotion of Christian fellowship and values between the diversity of cultures and its people.
The Coptic Orthodox Church worships the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit in the Oneness of Nature. We believe in One God; Father, Son and Holy Spirit three equal Co-Essential and Co-Indwelling Hypostasis (Persons). The Blessed and Holy Trinity is our One God. We Believe that Lord Jesus Christ, the Only-Begotten of the Father and Who is One with Him in Essence is the only Savior of the world;
FATHER JOACHIM BOUTROS
On August 6, 2006, H.G. Bishop Youssef ordained Fr. Joachim as the priest for St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Church located in Fort Myers, FL. He has been serving within the Diocese of the Southern United States since then.
We pray that the Lord will continue blessing his service.
